This policy explains what information Deuce Capital Investments LLC (“we,” “us”) collects through DeuceCapital.net, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you join our launch list, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Name and company
- Email address and phone number
- Whether you are a shipper, carrier or other
- Freight type and the lanes you run or ship
When you join our driver network, we collect your name, phone, email, city and state, CDL class, years of experience, equipment experience and endorsements. Please do not send your Social Security number, date of birth or license number through the website.
The cost per mile calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into it are not sent to us or stored.
Our website host automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use your information
- To contact you about our launch and the services we offer
- To contact drivers about driving opportunities
- To answer questions you send us
- To operate, secure and improve the website
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and contact you, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Netlify, which hosts the website and stores launch-list submissions
- Our email provider, which delivers signup notifications to us
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on this site and receives your IP address when the fonts load
- YouTube (Google), which provides the embedded videos. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, but YouTube may collect information when you play a video, under Google’s privacy policy
We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep launch-list and driver network information until you ask us to remove it or we no longer need it to contact you about our services.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date.
